Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner has the energy that teenagers have and the knowledge to become an intelligent woman. She's the ultimate model of women today who can do everything. She's an actor, author health guru talk host, show producer, entrepreneur model, director dancer, singer and, most importantly, wife and mother! It's no wonder she has earned the nickname Perpetual Motion. Marilu's life has been a testament to her health-conscious approach. She is a firm believer that good health will allow the person to be able to perform everything. However, it wasn't always that way. When she was in her teens, she watched as her weight increased. The food she ate was emotional and was sick all times. Her mother knew when their parents died in their fifties the mother died of complications due to arthritis and her dad from a cardiac arrest, that she should take a proactive approach to her health. The focus was not on dieting it was about health and the ability to live a life which maximized how our bodies were designed to work.
