Jana Kramer, an actor and songwriter, who specialises in country music and songwriting gained prominence on TV when she became Alex during the final three seasons of One Tree Hill. On the episodes she sang her debut country albums. The album bearing the same title was featured in the Billboard 200's Top 20. Thirty One by 2015 was her follow-up album and climbed to Number Ten. The decade came to an end with appearances on Dancing with the Stars, Television films, and other singles not from the album. Released in 2021 was The self-doubting Voices. Jana Rae Kramer is a Michigan native that was raised by country music. Although she pursued an acting and recording career, her debut on screen took place in the independent horror film Dead/Undead (2002) while still at high school. Over the years she was on numerous shows including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the regular role of Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights the second season (2007-2008). Kramer was then on TV in the role of Portia Ranson on 90210 between 2008 and 2009 and Brooke Manning in Entourage in 2009. The actress was added to the cast of CW One Tree Hill in 2009 as Alex Dupre where she was on until the final episode in 2012, which was half way into. Jana Kramer Kramer began her career as a performer on One Tree Hill in 2011. Her contract was signed for a record label Elektra Records during this time and dropped the country-rock single "I Won't Go Down" on the show's episode. The song was released in 2012. it came out as a single on Jana Kramer - her first album. It was a part of the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Later she focused her acting career on film and music. She starred in several films like Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016, which attracted her followers directly. The second album of Kramer Thirty One, was released through Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in the month of October 2015. Alongside the Top Five country hit I Got the Boy as well as a duet together with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith it fared even better reaching number three on country's albums chart, and tenth in the Billboard 200. In September of 2016, her time in the 23rd season of Dancing with the Stars lasted 2 months, and she finished with a 4th-place finish. That same year, the song"Feels Like" Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser, was an enormous adult contemporary success.
